Health Initiatives

Dalbit Petroleum Kenya Gives Kenyatta Hospital Ward A Face Lift

Nairobi

Dalbit Petroleum Kenya has enhanced its partnership with Kenyatta National Hospital through the adopt-a-ward initiative. We commissioned the second phase of renovations for the pediatric Ward 3A. The renovations included general ward works, refurbishments to the washrooms and staff room, paintwork, and the purchase of office furniture and kitchen equipment, among other items.

Dalbit Petroleum Kenya Renovates Children’s Ward At Kenyatta Hospital

Nairobi

Dalbit Petroleum adopted a children’s ward at Kenyatta National Hospital, Nairobi, for a three-year partnership. Besides renovating Pediatrics Ward 3A, Dalbit also purchased and installed medical equipment. The company will continue to support the hospital.

Education Initiatives

Dalbit Kenya Responds to St. Anne’s Girls Fire Appeal

Nairobi

Dalbit Petroleum Kenya aided St. Anne’s Girls Secondary School in Nairobi by donating bedding to students affected by a recent fire tragedy, where 104 students lost their bedding and personal items. The donation, worth Ksh. 350,000, supports a partner with whom the company has previously collaborated to provide ICT infrastructure for students.

Dalbit Kenya Donates to Alliance Schools’ Scholarship Fund

Nairobi

Dalbit Petroleum Kenya partnered with Alliance High School and Alliance Girls High School to raise funds for scholarships for needy students in the two schools. Dalbit Petroleum donated Ksh. 2 million towards the endowment fund for the schools. Group Managing Director Margaret Mbaka, an alumna of Alliance Girls High School, emphasized the importance of mentorship programs in addition to financial support to develop well-rounded individuals.

Dalbit Petroleum Supports Construction Of ICT Lab

Nairobi

Dalbit Petroleum Group Managing Director Margaret Mbaka, along with students from St. Anne’s Girls Secondary School Nairobi, handed over an equipped ICT lab to the school. This partnership aims to improve the school’s ICT capacity by donating computers for their existing computer lab and constructing and equipping a new lab in the project’s second phase.

Road Safety Initiatives

Dalbit Petroleum Kenya Donates Speed Guns

Nairobi

As part of our commitment to road safety, Dalbit Petroleum donated speed guns to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, hoping to reduce the number of road accidents in the country. We will continue partnering with the government in other road safety initiatives.

Environmental Conservation Initiatives

Dalbit Petroleum Supports Ngong Forest Afforestation Plan

Environmental conservation is a core value for us. We believe it is our responsibility to leave a better world for future generations. We have partnered with the Kenya Forest Service to plant trees in Ngong Forest.
