In addition to our mission of providing the highest standard services to our clients, Furlong Incoming takes great pride giving back to the community and environment in which we live and work. Our relentless effort to help improve our environment continues daily and manifests in direct corporate social responsibility (CSR) actions. In 2007, Furlong Incoming travel agency set in motion the sponsorship of the small community of ‘El Alfarcito’ in the province of Salta, in the northwest region of Argentina. We have helped the community with straight CSR engagements, as the construction of a school for 150 children that come from the surroundings areas. The school, which was inaugurated in December 2009, specialises in agriculture, handicrafts and tourism. We believe that through these specialisations the community will benefit from growing tourism in the area and will be able to stay and thrive in their environment without the need to travel to the cities in search of a decent future.

At Furlong Incoming DMC & travel agency, we have contributed with part of our annual incomes, as well as helping raise funds for the school through fundraisers and other means of sponsorship and maintain our CSR actions. We continue to support the community of “El Alfarcito” and consider it our most esteemed community project.
