Almaty Management University (AlmaU) is an entrepreneurial and socially responsible university located in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. It is the only higher educational institution in the Commonwealth of Independent States included in the QS World University Rankings: Global MBA Rankings. AlmaU implements the principles of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through UN Academic Impact, PRME, and other initiatives.

The university’s societal impact and commitment to social responsibility have been recognized by the Times Higher Education Ranking (THE), with AlmaU ranked among the Top 301+ universities in the global Times Higher Education Impact Ranking 2020. Each year, AlmaU confirms its global impact and consistently holds a top position among business schools in the Central Asian region, ranking in the top 3 according to Eduniversal (France) and in the top 5 in the CIS Region according to “ExpertRA” (Russia).
